Health and Safety Partner
As a Health and Safety Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving workplace safety improvements across diverse operational environments.
* You will collaborate with leaders to implement safety strategies, manage compliance, and mitigate risks through site visits, audits, incident investigations, training delivery, and coaching.
* Deploy health and safety programs, policies, and critical risk control initiatives to ensure consistent application of safety frameworks.
* Provide specialized coaching to frontline leaders based on local risk context and support the delivery of the Health and Safety Strategic Roadmap.
* Lead incident and hazard investigations, including notifiable reporting to regulators, and conduct safety audits, data analysis, inspections, task observations, and risk assessments.
This role requires strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management, as well as proven ability to influence and partner with operational teams.
Key skills include a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent tertiary qualification, ISO 45001, ICAM, or Cert IV in Training & Assessment, and 5+ years' experience in safety leadership roles.
