Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our venue. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring high standards of customer service and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise staff and ensure they have the necessary resources to deliver excellent customer service.
* Manage daily operations, including stock control, reporting and compliance.
* Assist with training and development of staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role or hospitality industry.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Basic understanding of RSA, RSG and TAB operations.
