About this Role
This is a fast-paced, people-focused position where you will work with clients to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. As a Partnerships Coach, you will work closely with participants to understand their strengths and aspirations, offer tailored coaching, link them to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors.
You will also work closely with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that genuinely fit. From delivering training and promoting inclusive hiring practices to keeping accurate records and driving engagement through proactive networking, this role requires your relationship-building skills and passion for making a difference.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Career Opportunity Sourcing: Source and create career opportunities matching clients to suitable roles.
* Inclusive Employment Promotion: Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity focusing on people with disability, injury, or health condition.
* Employer Engagement: Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
* Work Experience Brokerage: Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
* Workplace Readiness: Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
* Educational Training: Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
* Network Building: Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
* Brand Promotion: Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
* Benchmark Achievement: Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
* Vision Alignment: Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:
* A degree in Employment or Human Services – desirable.
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively.
* A strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
* Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A current Driver's License – essential.
