About The Opportunity: 
As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the medical practice. Some of your responsibilities will include: 
Booking and arranging appointments 
Managing patient phone enquiries 
Liaising with patients, providers, hospital staff, and referrers 
Handling filing and medical administration processes 
Performing general office duties on cloud-based platforms 
About You: 
Ability to multi-task effectively and pay attention to detail 
Excellent communication skills and a skilled phone manner 
Ability to work cohesively within a team, as well as independently 
Confidence with computers and new technology 
Strong organizational and time management skills 
You will also have: 
Previous experience in a receptionist or medical administration role 
Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures 
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and medical software
