**About The Opportunity**:
As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the medical practice. Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Booking and arranging appointments
- Managing patient phone enquiries
- Liaising with patients, providers, hospital staff, and referrers
- Handling filing and medical administration processes
- Performing general office duties on cloud-based platforms
**About You**:
- Ability to multi-task effectively and pay attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Ability to work cohesively within a team, as well as independently
- Confidence with computers and new technology
- Strong organizational and time management skills
You will also have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or medical administration role
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
