RACV Torquay Resort is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist Grade 3 to join our team of passionate and supportive spa professionals. This role offers a unique blend of natural beauty, world-class amenities, and warm hospitality.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and visitors. Responsibilities include performing advanced treatments, maintaining treatment rooms and spa equipment, monitoring product levels, and contributing to team morale.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver a range of professional spa treatments including massage, facials, body exfoliations, and rituals.
* Maintain treatment rooms, spa equipment, and member amenities to high hygiene and presentation standards.
* Monitor product levels and support monetary management processes.
* Contribute to team morale and foster a collaborative work environment.
* Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and increase spa attendance and revenue.
* Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy (or equivalent).
* Extensive experience in a spa environment, ideally within a hotel or independent operator.
* OH&S certification and Level 2 First Aid preferred.
* Multi-modality qualifications and previous shift work experience.
