The Role
As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will support a Solicitor and team in the Property and Conveyancing Team. Duties include:
* Dealing with new client enquiries,
* Booking appointments, diary management
* Ordering searches, registration of documents on line
* Preparation of Settlements including PEXA workspace
* Liaising with clients and other parties
* Drafting and collation of documents
* and General administrative support.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 1 years Property/Conveyancing Legal Assistant experience.
The Law Firm
Well established law firm based at Coolangatta. 65 staff. Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + super). Excellent training and career development.
