Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment

* Providing feedback and guidance to junior staff members to support their growth and development

Requirements:
* Experience as a Sous Chef in a hotel, restaurant or pub environment
* Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
