Known for our design-driven approach, innovation, and strong values, we've recently opened a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in Lonsdale, South Australia — and we're growing fast.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Brand & Product Officer, this role plays a key hands-on role within the EC Carpets Marketing team. This position is responsible for producing high-quality content, managing social media execution with our agency partner, supporting product launches, and delivering well-planned events that strengthen the EC Carpets brand.
The role suits a marketing professional with strong design capability, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, including agencies, suppliers, retailers, A&D customers and internal teams.
What You'll Do
· Design beautiful, on-brand content across social media, email, print, catalogues, advertising, and POS.
· Keep up with design and industry trends to continually elevate our creative direction.
· Translate complex product info into easy, eye-catching guides, catalogues, and infographics.
· Liaise with external social media agency to guide content direction, schedule planning, and execution.
· Assist with influencer management.
· Review and approve social content, copy, and monthly calendars to ensure strategic alignment.
· Coordinate briefing for campaigns, product launches, photoshoots and brand initiatives.
· Plan, coordinate, and deliver events such as industry trade shows, retail partner events, internal sales launches, and Thread Sessions.
· Manage logistics, supplier coordination, styling, run sheets, event budgets, and post-event reporting.
· Ensure event branding, messaging, and customer experience reflect EC Carpets' premium positioning.
What We're Looking For
· years in relevant experience
· Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Visual Communication preferred
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
· Video editing and motion graphic skills (highly regarded)
· A strong portfolio that shows both creativity and commercial savvy
· An interest in interior design, styling or visual merchandising is a plus
· Great time management, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset
