The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads all administrative operations at site level and plays a vital part in strategic planning and process optimisation. It's ideal for an experienced professional ready to combine hands-on oversight with leadership across admin, finance, HR, IT, and quality functions.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead, support and develop the administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Oversee all financial processes: budgeting, AP/AR, and capital expenditure management
* Act as liaison with the central finance team, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
* Drive ongoing improvements across admin systems, onboarding, and induction programs
* Support HR, IT, marketing, and QA activities
* Contribute to CAPEX planning and implementation
* Maintain a culture of respect, accountability, and high performance
About You
You're a detail-oriented and commercially minded leader with proven administration and financial skills. You enjoy influencing operational success and have the initiative to lead continuous improvement projects while fostering a collaborative environment.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience leading administrative or cross-functional teams
* Strong financial acumen including budgeting, reporting, and systems knowledge
* A background in agriculture or feedlot operations (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with systems such as FY3000, StockaID, Xero, or Employment Hero (preferred)
* Ability to work onsite full-time and be hands-on in a dynamic environment
The Benefits:
