Band 5 - base salary from $121,231 per annum (plus super) - total package to be negotiated with preferred candidate based on skills and experience

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary individual to help lead change in this exciting journey of shaping a cutting‐edge Customer Experience Strategy.

As a driving force behind our Customer Experience Strategy, you will help orchestrate its creation and execution. Your strategic mind will play a pivotal role in not only achieving our customer satisfaction targets but also in elevating them to new heights through a series of innovative enhancements.

Your expertise won't stop there! You will be a guiding light for our internal stakeholders and foster stronger, more meaningful connections with our customers, both directly and indirectly. Your influence will extend across TasNetworks, instilling a customer‐centric mindset that resonates throughout the organisation.

But that's not all – your impact will extend into the digital realm. Your role will encompass active participation in advancing our customer‐facing applications and communication platforms to best meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

By harnessing the power of customer data, feedback, and analytics, you will help pinpoint service gaps and potential areas for improvement. Your insights will shape our strategic direction, ensuring our services align perfectly with customer expectations.

About you

Being equipped with tertiary qualifications in areas such as Business, Psychology, Marketing and/or Communications, you'll possess the foundational knowledge to adeptly navigate the intricacies inherent in this role.

Although not obligatory, displaying a strong foundation of experience or knowledge in areas such as Behavioural Science, Change Management, Market Research, Design Thinking, Service Design or User Experience will stand to greatly amplify your capacity for innovative contributions.

With a minimum of 5 years of hands‐on experience in a strategic customer experience role or agency background, you showcase the ability to navigate complexities and anticipate forthcoming opportunities.

Demonstrating proficiency in establishing robust and influential relationships with both internal and external stakeholders underscores your talent for fostering collaboration and magnifying our influence.

Leveraging your experience in utilising data to prompt informed actions underscores your analytical skills and your capability to guide decisions grounded in evidence.

Whilst not obligatory, a familiarity with the electricity or utilities industry will notably enhance your effectiveness in shaping strategies that elevate customer experience.
