Gold Fields Australia is seeking an Underground Production Coordinator for the Underground Mining team at Agnew.
Reporting to the Alternate Underground Manager, you will ensure compliance with Gold Fields standards and oversee operational targets safely, productively, and efficiently.
This role offers an 8 days on, 6 days off, Fly in Fly out schedule from Perth.

About The Role
* Maintain compliance with Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations
* Conduct regular safety and production inspections
* Understand and manage the monthly plan with contractors
* Uphold task instructions and procedures, seeking continuous improvement
* Promote open communication and teamwork across all levels
* Participate in planning processes and perform audits
* Control mining costs by optimizing resource use and reporting plan alterations
* Ensure contractor compliance with standards and schedules
About You
* Minimum 15 years' underground mining experience, preferably in gold
* Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency
* Strong knowledge of underground mining operations
* Valid WA C driver’s license
* Experience supervising owner miner and contractor operations
Preferred Experience
* Previous UG Mine Coordinator (Foreman) role
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
