Job Title: Team Leader
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level HR advice and consultancy services to managers and staff within the department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, manage and mentor a team of HR specialists.
In this role, you will work closely with the Manager Payroll and Reporting Services to undertake system development and maintenance, including updating modules and HR data reporting.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing relevant documentation and associated confidential records as part of payroll business processes.
