The RolePrivate mergers and acquisitions Drafting and negotiating shareholders agreements, share sale agreements, asset sale agreements, joint ventures and general commercial contracts Corporate restructures and strategic transactions Matters for private equity and financial sponsor clients General corporate advisory matters Legal due diligence, including coordinating workstreams and preparing reports Working closely with clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions You will have the opportunity to take a hands‐on role in matters, working directly with clients and contributing to the delivery of practical, commercially focused advice.
