TEN Recruitment is partnering with a respected commercial builder to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator for large-scale commercial projects across the Perth metro area. This is a site-based role offering hands-on involvement in the delivery of $50M commercial builds. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and site teams, supporting the commercial function from procurement through to final account. The role suits a Contracts Administrator who enjoys being close to site operations, values structure, and wants to contribute meaningfully to the delivery of complex, high-value projects.
