As a Business Development Manager at Altius, you'll drive new revenue across their employer-facing solutions - including EAP and mental health programs, executive diagnostics, and WHS consulting.Reporting to the Head of Customer, you'll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle: identifying opportunities, generating leads, engaging decision-makers, managing proposals, and closing deals. You'll operate as a trusted advisor - solving complex challenges for employers and designing integrated health and wellbeing solutions.This greenfield opportunity sits within a respected and well-established organisation.
