**Infrastructure Communications Technician
Initial 6 months contract with a possible extension
8/6 FIFO roster from Perth
Opportunity to work across major mining operations
Key Responsibilities**
* Ensuring day‑to‑day availability of Fleet Management, Wireless Telemetry Systems, Network & Server Infrastructure, and Digital Radio Systems
* Assisting with installation and maintenance of Wireless Telemetry Systems (WTS)
* Supporting installation and maintenance of CCTV (production & non‑production), Fleet Management, Physical Access Management, Digital Radio, and other OT systems
* Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and business value
* Executing scheduled maintenance work plans and following work instructions accurately
* Contributing to root cause analysis and supporting resolution of equipment reliability issues
* Building strong engagement and fostering a positive culture within execution teams
What You'll Bring
* Strong background in communications, OT systems, or mining technology support
* Ability to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimise critical site systems
* A proactive mindset with a focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
