What You'll Be Doing
Educate: Design and deliver high-impact workshops, certifications, and hands-on demonstrations across Australia.
Expertise: Act as the Subject Matter Expert on wide-format digital printing, workflow software (Onyx/Caldera), and lamination best practices.
Apply: Show, don't just tell. You'll be applying everything from premium window and wall graphics to complex architectural finishes.
Innovate: Create new training content and learning pathways that keep customers ahead of the curve.
Strategise: Work closely with the Managing Director to ensure training aligns with market trends and drives long-term customer loyalty.
Who You Are
The Background: You've "lived" on the production floor in signage, print, or graphics and understand the daily challenges of the trade.
The Brain: You are highly proficient with RIP and workflow software and understand the nuances of color management and material compatibility.
The Voice: You are a natural communicator, comfortable presenting to a room of professionals, whether it's a small workshop or a large industry event.
The Driver: You are self-motivated, organized, and ready to manage a national travel schedule and your own training assets without being micro-managed.
