The Role
- Contribute to site meetings and work collaboratively with upper management to ensure key milestones are hit
- Joining a team delivering a $700m high end multilevel residential development over multiple towers and associated retail tenancies
- Managing on-site activities and coordinating with subcontractors, stakeholders and colleagues in a professional manner
- Review project documents including estimates, design drawing, proposals and contracts per management in delivering structural and fitout components of a large development
- Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for Tier 1/2 builders in a engineer role (minimum of 2 years)
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
- Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
- Strong finishes and services experience on luxury apartments highly regarded
