We are seeking dedicated Family Lawyers of all levels with 2+ years PAE of Family Law experience to join our fun and supportive Perth team.
About the Role:
Based in Perth, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of supportive family law professionals. A typical day will include:
* Working with our team in advising clients in relation to divorce & separation, property settlements, child support related matters, relocations and de-facto and same sex couples.
* Regular client contact that is empathetic and service and outcome focused.
* Building & maintaining strong client relationships.
* Business development including building solid referral networks.
* Liaising with a national team of highly experienced family lawyers in all aspects of day to day matters including professional practice.
Responsibilities:
* You will be a Lawyer with 2+ years' PAE experience in Family Law and goal orientated.
* You will be keen to contribute to our existing success and have exposure and experience in running your own cases and file management.
* You will also have experience in building network referrals and be goal oriented in achieving exceptional outcomes for clients and AFL.
* Also having a strong business acumen, you will understand the importance of managing time, achieving commercial outcomes, and be disciplined in debtor and time management.
* You thrive on creating productive networks and referral relationships in your area.
About you:
* 2+ years PAE of Family Law experience.
* Strong client relationship management.
* Business development skills.
* Time management and organizational skills.
* Experience in running your own cases.
* Ability to build network referrals.
