Key Purpose:
The Project Marketing Coordiantor supports the Marketing Manager in project delivery, production, display suite optimization, administrative tasks, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Social Media Management
* Manage social media platforms, including copywriting, asset creation, scheduling, and community management.
* Compile monthly social media reports, analyze engagement, platform performance, and buyer profiling. Share insights in monthly sales meetings.
Digital Marketing Communications
* Create and manage paid media assets, including REA/Domain/AD project profiles, social media posts, Google ads, and native ads.
* Draft copy for EDMs, including lead nurturing journeys and project updates. Assist with EDM creation as necessary.
* Create journal articles for the company website.
Project Support & Campaign Coordination
* Update availability plates based on sales movements.
* Monitor competitor activity and create market reports.
* Develop corporate brand collateral and assets as required.
* Manage suppliers and request quotes as needed.
* Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on budget, on strategy, and on brand.
* Assist with the delivery and post-launch requirements of display suites to ensure sales success.
* Help with the production of marketing collateral.
* Review marketing materials for accuracy and brand consistency.
* Regularly review and suggest updates for the website content.
* Support launch activations, working with the PR agency to ensure successful events.
* Coordinate property portal updates to ensure accurate and optimized advertising.
* Maintain the internal filing system.
* Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team on various projects.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes.
Reporting
* Create monthly EDM reports and share performance insights with the team.
* Create Salesforce reports, campaigns, and Pardot segmentation lists.
Budget Management
* Review supplier cost estimates and ensure they align with the budget.
* Seek additional quotes, identify efficiencies, and implement cost savings.
* Process invoices for Sales & Marketing in the system.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (property marketing highly preferred).
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Friendly, approachable demeanor with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
