The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Mobilisation Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that plays a critical part in the successful delivery of major mining and construction projects across Western Australia. You will be responsible for managing the full mobilisation lifecycle, ensuring personnel are compliant, prepared, and ready to commence work on‑site safely and on time.
You will work closely with internal project teams, clients, subcontractors, and site‑based stakeholders, acting as a central point of coordination to ensure high volumes of workforce mobilisations are executed seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate end‑to‑end mobilisation of personnel from offer stage through to onboarding and site commencement
* Manage and track compliance requirements, including medicals, inductions, training, and site‑specific documentation
* Liaise with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to meet mobilisation timelines and project demands
* Maintain recruitment databases, workforce records, and mobilisation systems
* Manage rosters, scheduling, and workforce planning activities
* Coordinate flights, ground transport, and accommodation logistics
* Provide high‑level administrative and operational support to both Perth‑based and site‑based stakeholders
* Act as a key point of contact for employees throughout the onboarding and mobilisation process
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline systems and processes
About You
You are an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator who thrives in high‑volume, high‑demand environments and can confidently manage competing priorities without compromising attention to detail or quality.
You Will Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in mobilisation, workforce coordination, or similar role within the mining or construction sectors
* Proven experience supporting large‑scale mobilisations, ideally for Tier 1 operators such as Fortescue, Roy Hill, BHP, and Rio Tinto
* Strong experience in rostering, scheduling, and workforce planning
* High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobilisation systems such as Pegasus, ERMS, INX Workflow, and/or Avature
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, professional relationships at all levels
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* A positive, professional, and approachable attitude
