Core Responsibilities
* Design and facilitate engaging leadership programs and workshops that foster confidence and clarity among participants.
* Provide expert coaching sessions that guide leaders toward long-term growth and development.
* Utilize psychometric insights to help clients build high-performing teams that align with business objectives.
* Collaborate with clients to co-create strategies that strengthen their organizational culture and drive business outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
* 8+ years of experience in HR and/or Leadership Development.
* Proven track record of working with executives and managers to drive organizational growth.
* Accredited coaching credentials (ICF PCC Level).
* HR, Psychology or Learning-related tertiary qualification.
* Psychometric assessment tools accreditation, including expertise in interpreting results.
