The Role
* Delivering exceptional customer service
* Coordinating repairs, returns and credits with suppliers
* Streamlining Click & Collect logistics
* Managing laybys and vendor orders efficiently
* Maintaining accurate stock levels
* Implementing price changes, compliance tasks & safety audits
* Collaborating with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office
* Investigating stock discrepancies and reporting key findings
* Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for team and customers alike
This role requires a highly organized and multitasking professional who excels in systems, stock reports, and spreadsheets. You'll be delivering outstanding customer experiences while being physically capable (lifting – up to 15kg, moving, climbing ladders). A clear communicator who thrives in a team and detail-obsessed but big-picture aware will excel in this role.
