What You'll Do
* Lead and manage complex workplace relations matters before the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and various state tribunals.
* Drive business development initiatives, including client seminars, networking events, and industry presentations.
* Mentor and develop junior lawyers, fostering a cooperative, high‐performing team culture.
* Advise on Employment Practices Liability (EPL) matters for leading insurers.
* Deliver strategic advice on employment, discrimination, health and safety, and industrial relations issues.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 8+ years' PQE in workplace relations or employment law.
* Demonstrated experience appearing before the Fair Work Commission and Federal Court.
* Proven business development capability and ability to cultivate lasting client relationships.
* Strong leadership qualities with experience mentoring and managing team members.
* Technical excellence in employment, discrimination, and industrial relations law.
