**Job Description**:
The Change Specialists will work across some of our major projects, in our client offices, working on all related change activities to support the successful implementation of programmes.
Working with change and project leads you will be required to:
- Provide expert advice on the design, development, implementation and evaluation of key stakeholders related change activities.
- Develop and implement evaluation processes of stakeholder engagement and communication effectiveness and specific targeted activities to ensure active engagement of key stakeholders.
- Identify and support managing anticipated resistance, conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness of key stakeholders.
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of workforce transition and training programs.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress and adjust change plans to support effective solutions, including requirement gathering and analysis.
- Providing regular and meaningful reports to the organisation on the delivery of change management plans within projects and programs of work.
- Understanding the organisational culture and determining how to help facilitate change across the organisation.
- Effectively facilitating workshops to enable consultation with stakeholders to develop and implement a change management plan
- Working with business stakeholders to identify the interest, concerns and issues of key stakeholder groups.
- Design, implement and report results from stakeholder surveys and the ability to monitor and report effectively.
- Undertake other work as needed
**Qualifications**:
- Qualifications in a supporting field and relevant experience and/or proven record of success, leadership and administration in a change management environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive faster adoption and higher utilisation of projects that impact the organisation to increase benefits realisation, value creation, ROI and achieve results and outcomes.
- Proven strategic thinking, planning and analytical skills.
- High-level written communication skills and highly developed oral presentation skills
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
- Demonstrated creative approach to problem solving with high-level attention to detail.
- Proven experience managing stakeholder engagement and communications, and associated change and transition activities.
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines and expectations and strong interpersonal skills including ability to negotiate, motivate, influence and build positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders
Additional Information
This position is offering competitive day rates and may involve ad-hoc remote site travel.
You must be a hands-on, roll your sleeves up type of person who is not afraid to pitch in across all areas of a change project.
We are looking for individuals who will commit to the length of the projects and are keen for ongoing engagements.
We are seeking people with varying degrees of experience for multiple projects across all levels. HR and organisational development experience is an asset.
