About the PositionThe National Office Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and developing Office Managers across Australia. The role supports national property, facilities, and security functions, ensuring consistent service delivery across a dispersed workforce.
Duties
* Lead and support a geographically dispersed team
* Develop and implement policies and procedures
* Manage reporting, contracts, and property services
* Collaborate on procurement and compliance matters
Requirements/Skills
* Australian Citizen (mandatory)
* Able to obtain/maintain NV2 Security Clearance
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of Commonwealth procurement/property legislation
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
