The Contract Administrator - Bus is responsible for delivering a range of compliance and analytical services that support PTSA's contract formation and management programs, projects, systems, and services. The position overviews the efficient administration, governance, compliance, contract formation and administrative investigations, prepares reports with recommendations, maintains records and systems, and contributes the provision of expert advice for the development of programs, services, and projects in support of the Department's contract objectives. This role will be responsible for developing a Key Performance Indicators (KPI) assessment program, including tools and dashboards. The role, under limited direction and within the prescribed limits of the area, also liaises with internal stakeholders to support governance, compliance, contract administration functions, and undertakes research and analysis to provide expert advice, information and correspondence that supports the desired outcomes. In terms of technical capabilities, the following components are considered as highly desirable: An operational level understanding and experience of governance systems, compliance, audits, risk management, RACI or obligations registers and record keeping. An understanding of the SA Government regulatory environment pertaining to contract management and procurement. The ability to use analytical and reporting tool including Microsoft Excel and Tableau. Special Conditions A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
