Despatch Officer
What You Will Enjoy Doing
* You will check & maintain delivery due list, liaising with Central Logistics Team to ensure an efficient and workable schedule
* Reconcile shipment inspection documents and liaise with Works Loaders to correct any errors
* In addition, generate Dangerous Goods paperwork
* You will monitor and action email and phone communications with Customer Service and other departments
* Address same-day requests if resources permit or by incorporating them into the next day's runs.
* Moreover, refresh customer data from driver de-briefs in SAP
* Maintain and update department spreadsheets
* Perform data entry in SAP
What Makes You Great
* You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a dispatch position
* Prior experience in logistics operations
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
