You will be joining an established niche engineering consultancy delivering high-quality civil design solutions across urban development and subdivision projects. This is a senior-level role where you will play a key part in shaping practical, compliant and efficient designs from concept through to construction.
Based in the South Brisbane Region, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders to deliver drainage, utilities and road infrastructure packages. You will also provide technical input during construction, ensuring designs are buildable and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead civil design packages for urban development and subdivision projects
• Deliver stormwater, sewer and drainage design and analysis
• Design utilities, water reticulation and associated services
• Undertake earthworks, road and active travel path design
• Provide technical input and construction phase support
• Apply project management practices to meet scope and quality targets
• Coordinate with clients, authorities and project stakeholders
About you
• Proven background in senior civil design roles within urban development
• Strong capability in drainage, stormwater and wastewater design
• Experience delivering subdivision and utilities augmentation projects
• Proficiency with 12D
• Ability to review designs, resolve technical challenges and mentor others
• Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative consultancy environment
