About this Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team in Adelaide. This role is open to both graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about making a difference in clients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Assessment and Therapy: Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, providing assessment, therapy, and support to individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties.
* Collaboration and Support: Collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care, engaging with clients' families and caregivers, offering guidance and support as needed.
* Record Keeping and Professional Development: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, staying updated with the latest research and best practices in Speech Pathology.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
* Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Experience with a variety of client groups (children, adults, elderly) is an advantage.
