The role is perfect for someone with strong MS Office skills, and any knowledge of Indesign or social media experience would be a bonus (but not essential - we'll provide full training). **Your Responsibilities**

The main objective of this role is to deliver exceptional administrative support, with occasional opportunities to assist with marketing and design materials, such as choosing finishes. You'll work on various local architectural projects in a fast-paced and thrilling environment. While this isn't a design position, you'll still play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team.

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting and welcoming clients, creating a positive first impression
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner and directing calls to appropriate personnel
- Managing the Director's diary, which includes scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and making travel arrangements
- Drafting letters, documentation, and marketing copy to a high standard
- Collecting and analyzing information for report preparation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaising with various suppliers to maintain inventory and order office supplies
- Assisting with client documentation, maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards
- Maintaining databases such as mailing lists, contact lists, and client information, ensuring accuracy and organisation
- Assisting with social media management, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Filing and organising documents for efficient retrieval
- Tidying the office, CEO's office, and reception areas to ensure a clean and organised workplace
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve office operations and suggesting solutions to management.

**How to apply**

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
