About the role
This is a casual role supporting ongoing production activities. While the position is casual in nature, we are seeking applicants who are available to work full-time hours (Monday to Friday) and who can provide consistent availability over an extended period.
This role may suit someone seeking consistent hours on a casual basis, with the potential for future fixed-term or permanent employment depending on business needs.
What are we are looking for?
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a workshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically capable of manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn new skills
- Availability to work full-time hours across Monday to Friday
- Ability to commit to consistent shifts over an ongoing period
What desirable attributes should you have?
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse roles
- Familiarity with workshop tools, machinery, or assembly processes
- Forklift licence or relevant certifications (not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with assembly, packaging, and general production tasks
* Operate basic tools and equipment under supervision
* Perform basic quality control checks
* Support warehouse operations, including stock handling and inventory
* Maintain clean and organised workspaces
* Assist with logistics and workshop maintenance tasks
Workplace Environment:
- Casual role with consistent, full-time hours available
- Standard hours Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm
- Limited weekend or after-hours work
- Hands-on manufacturing, workshop, and warehouse environment
- PPE provided as required
