About this role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our Residential Aged Care team in Queensland on a Permanent Full-time basis.
This role is responsible for providing administrative, reception, and customer service duties in support of service delivery to residents, managers, staff, and visitors.
The successful applicant will provide back-up support for admissions and staffing services functions as directed.
This role includes but is not limited to:
* Reception Customer Service – greeting residents and visitors, managing deliveries, responding to resident enquiries
* Administration Support services – conducting site and administration induction for new staff members, maintaining assigned registers and databases, attending meetings as required by the Senior Administrator or Care Leadership team

Providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
Managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in business administration or equivalent experience
* Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Strong skills in organisational and time management
* Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver's License
