Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist


Talent Acquisition Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As part of our HR and Payroll function, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions for up to 200 employees working for multiple entities across VIC, SA, and QLD.

* Recruitment process management from start to finish.
* Manage employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
* Support Business Leaders with workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, and succession planning.
* Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and regulations.
* Coordinate staff rewards and recognition programs.
* Manage long service leave calculations and ensure accurate payment of entitlements.
* Process fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Produce monthly reports to support business decision-making.
* Manage Workcover claims and related documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will require proven experience in Human Resources, ideally within a busy environment. Familiarity with online Human Resource systems is preferred.
