Qualifications and Skills:
* Education: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field.
* Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the consultancy environment.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Cost X and Excel ideally.
* Communication: High-level verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
