You will engage a holistic design approach to seamlessly adapt a design concept across existing and emerging digital platforms, in line with the brand and customer experience.The successful applicant will provide a folio that reflects design and development experience in print media, digital display advertising, banners, eDM, and web content. You will have a high level of experience in full Adobe suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/XD/After Effects) and coding experience (HTML5, CSS) for digital display banners.What your day to day will look like:Working with senior stakeholder to deliver best in class concepts and designs to meet briefs, user needs and stakeholder expectations.Visualise and execute deliverables for omni channel campaigns.Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration, working closely within the design team to develop and deliver a strong concept framework.Work across the full project lifecycle from concept through to final delivery, providing digital and print solutions and support throughoutCreation of concept drawings, storyboards or other low-res prototypes or mock-ups to communicate concepts.Proofread all work to produce accurate and high-quality work.Drive efficiencies by developing core templates for the team's adoption that builds on our Design principles.Be the brand champion ensuring 100% compliance with brand guidelines across all brand touch points.What you will bring to the role:Minimum 5+ years industry experience.The ability to understand the customer journey and apply design/creative input to influence customer behaviour.Experience with UX rich content and landing pages design across web platforms.Sound understanding of digital web design principles and UX/UI trends.Highly motivated and committed to ensuring all work is completed in full and on time, and able to raise any concerns/delays well in advance of due dates.Great time management skills with the ability to manage and design numerous projects simultaneously, work under pressure and stay within the constraints of cost and time.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes.We are looking for a standout applicant to play an active role in collaborating, brainstorming and ideation.
