Be ready for overnight travel across regional areas — this is a role that takes you places across regional South Australia in our fully equipped sales van.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
Actively driving growth—owning the sales cycle, and closing deals
Developing strong, long-term customer relationships across industrial and welding sectors
Working closely with your branch teams and support network to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
Identifying new gas opportunities in collaboration with the BOC sales team
Providing expert advice and support to customers using your technical knowledge of metal fabrication processes and applications
Maintaining a strong commitment to safety with a focus on zero harm to people or the environment
What Makes You Great
Self-motivated, relentless, and results-driven sales personality
Proven ability to grow business, ideally in technical or industrial environments
Understanding of the welding or gas industry (or aptitude to learn fast)
Commercially savvy—able to plan, problem-solve, and execute with confidence
Strong communicator and natural relationship builder—people trust you
Bringing energy, ownership and urgency to everything you do
Committed to delivering customer value and creating standout service experiences
Must have a valid driving licence
