Early Childhood Service Area Manager
We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee the operations of our Early Childhood Team. In this pivotal role, you will:
* Monitor team performance against key metrics, ensuring best practice person-centred service provision.
* Ensure Coordinators provide effective planning, reviews, and plan implementation for NDIS participants aged 0-9 years.
* Facilitate access to mainstream services and information to support individual goals and needs of families and children.
* Collaborate with key partners to deliver professional and accountable services aligning with policies and frameworks.
* Manage resources and training for Coordinators to deliver high-quality early childhood supports.
Key qualifications include:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in working with people with a disability.
* Demonstrated experience in managing and leading staff in an environment of rapid change.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to meet program deliverables.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, relationship building, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated experience in leading early childhood programs and working alongside children with disability or developmental delay.
