Infrastructure Investment Manager

As an Infrastructure Investment Manager, you will work closely with internal teams to combine our design, engineering, and advisory capabilities to deliver seamless client experiences. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of potential infrastructure investment opportunities, assessing viability via business case frameworks, investment logic mapping, and feasibility studies.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions, identifying potential risks and opportunities for clients and their portfolios.
* Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate investment scenarios, considering factors such as cash flow, return on investment, and project timelines.
* Perform thorough due diligence on prospective infrastructure investments, including reviewing asset management, maintenance approaches, and capital expenditures, to identify potential risks and opportunities for growth and optimisation.
* Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business and assets, and provide guidance and updates as the markets in which our clients operate evolve.
Requirements:
* Strong background in infrastructure investment advisory, with experience in due diligence, business case development, and financial modeling.
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make sound strategic recommendations.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Engineering, Project Management, Business commerce/Economics, Mathematics, or similar.
* Minimum of 7+ years of experience in areas similar to the work of our infrastructure investment advisory capabilities.
