- Have at least 2 years of experience leading or assisting in the Back of House (BOH).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Demonstrate good organizational and time-management skills to keep things running smoothly.
- Show exceptional communication and people skills to build team harmony.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation rules is a must.
- Be open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Show excellent service skills, including being good at handling feedback.
- Advance in English is necessary.
