You will define the platform vision and a 12–36 month roadmap, embedding ITIL‐aligned operational excellence while driving continuous improvement across the end‐user environment.The EUC platform spans the full end‐user ecosystem, including laptops, desktops and virtual desktops, operating systems, application packaging, peripherals, printing, security and compliance, automation and self‐service, digital communications, user feedback, and service desk and tech bar services. You will champion a customer‐first IT culture, leveraging Digital Employee Experience (DEX) insights, automation and shift‐left practices to continually improve how employees interact with technology.As the single point of accountability for MSP delivery, you will govern performance through SLAs, XLAs and KPIs, driving remediation and continuous improvement initiatives. You will own MSP contracts, licensing, device and accessory procurement, service catalogue, device standards and images, ensuring services are clearly defined, easy to consume and consistently delivered. You will also oversee patching, vulnerability remediation, encryption and conditional access in line with security and compliance requirements.This role partners closely with Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Architecture and business stakeholders to align the platform with Zero Trust principles, enterprise architecture and measurable business outcomes. With accountability for forecasting, reporting and cost optimisation, you will identify ROI opportunities while providing thought leadership that shapes platform direction. Ultimately, you will champion digital experience across BOQ's end‐user environment, helping make BOQ a great place to work through exceptional technology.**About You**You bring multiple years' experience across End User Compute and Workplace Technology, with deep, hands‐on knowledge of modern EUC platforms and tooling such as Intune, Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions, and auto‐healing technologies. You have owned and evolved enterprise‐scale EUC and Service Desk platforms within regulated or risk‐sensitive environments, successfully balancing security, resilience, cost efficiency and user experience. Your background includes delivering large‐scale workplace transformations, including device strategy refreshes, operating system migrations, service desk modernisation and digital experience uplift programs.You have strong experience supporting a diverse range of user personas across branch, frontline and corporate environments, translating complex operational needs into standardised, scalable workplace services. With a solid grounding in ITIL practices across Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Request Management, you bring discipline to service catalogue management and continual service improvement. You are comfortable leveraging DEX telemetry and insights, turning data into actionable improvements that measurably enhance the employee experience.You are a confident leader with a proven ability to govern Managed Service Providers and vendors, backed by more than five years of experience in commercial negotiation, performance management and accountability. You bring strong financial acumen across budgeting, forecasting, total cost of ownership, cost optimisation and licensing management.
