We are seeking a diligent and motivated individual to join our pearl farm team in a full-time role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care of the shell, removal of marine growth from pearl, maintenance of associated infrastructure, and assistance with vessel upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
* Remove marine growth from pearls
* Care for shells and general shell maintenance
* Maintain associated infrastructure
* Assist with daily vessel cleaning and maintenance
* Operate, maintain, and clean equipment used in pearl farming and harvesting
* Assist with berthing vessels
* Load and unload stores, cargo, and equipment
Requirements:
* A consistent work history in manual labor, maritime, or agricultural roles
* National police clearance or ability to obtain
* Coxswains or relevant certifications highly desirable
* At least one year's experience in a related full-time position
