**The opportunity**
Our team at the Kwinana workshop is seeking an exceptional Administrator to provide crucial administrative support and ensure smooth daily operations.
Based on a Monday to Friday roster at our Kwinana workshop, as part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in the teams' success.
**Your primary responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and minute taking
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as required
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed
You will set the standard for professional behaviour, embracing diversity, showing initiative, and championing our values in everything you do.
**What is Required?**
- Previous experience in an administrative or similar role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a workshop, engineering, or industrial workplace (desirable)
- Adaptable, attention to detail, and strong communication skills Australian work rights.
