We also install, service, and maintain Pneumatic Air Tube Systems, primarily within hospitals across Western Australia.

About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role involving the installation, servicing, and maintenance of security and communication systems.
You will also be trained to work on pneumatic tube systems within hospital environments, providing long-term skill development and job variety.
Key Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of security systems, including CCTV and access control
Fault finding, servicing, and upgrades of existing systems
Installation and maintenance of data and communications cabling
Working on pneumatic air tube systems (training provided)
Liaising professionally with clients on-site
Completing job documentation and reports
Required Experience
Minimum 3+ years' experience as a Security Technician (commercial, domestic, industrial, or infrastructure preferred)
Proven experience installing, programming, testing, and fault-finding:
Intruder Alarm Systems
Access Control Systems
CCTV Systems
Experience with:
Bosch
Gallagher
Dahua
Paxton Access Control
IT Networks
Milestone (advantage but not essential)
Licences & Qualifications
WA Driver's Licence
WA Police Security Installer/Consultant LicenceACMA Open Cablers Licence (Structured & Coax endorsements required, Fibre desirable)
Construction Industry White/Blue Card
EWP & SWH (advantage but not essential)
Certificate III in Telecommunications (advantage but not essential)
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
About You
Previous experience as a security technician (preferred but not essential)
Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Current driver's licence
Ability to obtain relevant security clearances (e.g. police check)
