**The Role**
The Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing is a key position providing comprehensive, pragmatic and customer centric financial advice and support to the business divisions and exposure across the entire group. A true business partnering position, this opportunity will be overseeing the budgeting, forecasting and financial management across multiple entities, sites and/or divisions. Having multiple reporting lines into business general management, group level executives and corporate finance stakeholders, the Finance Business Partner for Manufacturing will be driving the financial outcomes across their allocated business streams. The Finance BP will be exposed the following responsibilities:
- Delivery of monthly management reports, through the compilation, justification and simplification of entity month ends to be executed in a presentable and executive ready way
- Identification and investigation of production variances and recoveries including the effective communication to operational management teams
- Execution of strategic pivots and changes to drive financial performance under the responsible portfolio of sites and entities
- Identification and delivery of efficiencies from a cost and process perspective, effectively delivering through the business teams
- Maintain and implement financial processes across different business divisions and entities
- Identify and enhance systems capability throughout new and existing finance technology

**Your Profile**
You will be an individual with a strong background in forever changing environments with the ability to adapt and make improvements as a part of your day to day. You must be able to demonstrate the highest levels of technical finance knowledge, along with the ability to identify areas of improvement within business systems and processes.
You will have experience working within a vibrant, fast-paced environment and be a strong communicator who can present to senior executives. You will be comfortable liaising with business stakeholders and external consultancies at various levels and understand what their requirements are and how IT will enable strategic and commercial outcomes.
