Join our Global Regulatory Engagement and Governance team in Commodities and Global Markets who play a critical role in managing and uplifting regulatory engagements across our global footprint.

In office attendance is required for this role 3-4 days per week.

What role will you play?

As a Regulatory Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating regulatory engagements end to end for Commodities and Global Markets in the APAC region. This will include all First Line aspects of the process, from coordination with internal stakeholders to delivering high quality and timely responses to regulators. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering strategic initiatives to enhance our regulatory change processes and embed best practices for regulatory engagement, partnering closely with Line 2, and the other Operating Groups.


What You Offer

* 7+ years' experience in regulatory engagement, governance or legal and compliance within financial services or a regulated industry
* Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks and the ability to anticipate and respond to regulatory changes
* Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex regulatory responses with precision and timeliness
* Excellent project management skills, with a focus on proactive planning and execution
* Demonstrable risk mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills to influence outcomes and align priorities
* Line 1 Risk and Front Office experience will be highly regarded.
