This is a great opportunity to work with large datasets on high-impact data projects that will reach a substantial customer base. We are seeking candidates with 5-10 years of experience and expertise in:Utilise data trends and analytical skills to identify current and future trends and processes that may present risks or opportunities for business improvementEngage and communicate effectively with stakeholders who have diverse interests and priorities, adapting communication and influencing styles to foster collaborationDevelop and articulate the strategic direction of the Group and individual businesses, and demonstrate how the sourcing function can contribute through relevant strategiesManage and maintain large datasets to support the broader teamDemonstrate strong commercial and analytical acumen, creativity, resourcefulness and excellent partnership skills, enabling you to influence and drive resultsWhat You’ll BringProven experience in an analytical role within FMCG or RetailEssential: Big Query or SQL skillsFinance Planning & Analysis experience is viewed favourablyTableau and Looker Studio skills are highly desirableDemonstrated ability to deliver sourcing strategies and implement cross-functional solutionsExperience in identifying risks and opportunities to support COGS initiativesExcellent interpersonal, data visualisation and communication skillsWhat You’ll ExperienceA global business with endless career possibilities around every corner and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.Access to Sonder.
