* Key responsibilities will include oversight of station operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the airport terminal.
* A key aspect of this role is excellent customer service management. This includes managing passenger queries, responding to feedback and providing high-quality service at all times.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintenance of fleet assets and promoting revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
