The Role
As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality evidence-based clinical care as a member of our multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes for young people aged 12-25 years seeking access to primary care, mental healthcare, alcohol, and drug services, and social, educational, and vocational services.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, case management, interventions, or group work as required.
* Liaise with Senior Intake Officers to monitor and manage client pathways.
Requirements
* Must have one of the following: General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Social Worker with AASW registration/eligibility.
* Demonstrated knowledge and skill to undertake routine clinical practice with a superior understanding within the continuum of care.
* Ability to participate in a multidisciplinary team utilising high-level communication skills to establish effective partnerships and provide consultation to the team as well as government and other non-government service providers.
