In this role, you'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to older individuals, supporting them to live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own homes.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, meals, shopping and other daily activities, all in alignment with personalised care plans.
You'll also support clients with domestic tasks such as gardening and maintaining a pleasant living environment.
Beyond physical support, you'll foster belonging by encouraging participation in community-based social and recreational activities.
